At ÉLVARI, quality and hygiene are paramount. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict returns policy to ensure the highest standards for all clients.

 

Hair Extensions

For hygiene and safety reasons, all hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect shade selection, or incorrect quantity ordered.

We strongly recommend using our colour matching service or purchasing a colour ring prior to ordering.

 

Tools, Accessories & Brow Products

​

Tools, accessories, and brow products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if:

The item is unused and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

 

Faulty Items

​

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos and a description of the issue

Faults will be assessed before any replacement or store credit is approved.

Incorrect application

Improper care or maintenance

Normal wear and tear

Warranty Policy

​

ÉLVARI hair extensions are covered by a manufacturing fault warranty only.

 

What Is Covered

​

Manufacturing defects identified prior to installation

Issues with weft construction before wear

 

What Is Not Covered

 

Warranty will be void if any of the following occur:

Hair has been installed, cut, coloured, toned, or chemically altered

Products containing keratin or protein are used

Non-professional or unsuitable hair care products are used

Damage caused by heat misuse, improper installation, or poor maintenance

Normal shedding or wear over time

Warranty claims must be submitted before installation and within 7 days of delivery.

 

Care & Maintenance Guide

Proper care is essential to maintain the longevity, appearance, and performance of your ÉLVARI hair extensions.

 

Washing

​

Wash extensions 1–2 times per week 

Use lukewarm water and gentle, extension-safe products

Always brush before washing

​

Products to Avoid

​

Avoid all products containing:

Keratin or protein

Alcohols and harsh sulfates/parabens 

Use of these products will compromise the hair and void your warranty.

 

Recommended Products

​

We recommend the Davroe MCT & Moisture Senses ranges, specifically formulated to hydrate and protect hair.

 

Styling & Heat

​

Always use a heat protectant

Keep heat below 180°C

Avoid heat directly on the weft attachment

 

Sleeping & Daily Care

​

Brush gently morning and night

Tie hair in a loose braid or ponytail when sleeping

Never sleep with wet hair

 

Swimming & Lifestyle

​

Avoid salt water, chlorine, and excessive sun exposure

If swimming cannot be avoided, braid hair and wash , rinse immediately after
